The goal of His and Hers Boot Camp New York is to provide a safe and respectful environment for all people, regardless of color, gender or creed. Since we are not a gym, all experiences here are more personal than other places. You will be treated with respect and encouraged to feel at home here. I am an upcoming personal trainer myself and Brandon has not only been a mentor but has helped push me in the gym floor more than I possibly would on my own. He’s always there when I need that extra push, to motivate me and challenge me to do more. He is an amazing trainer and mentor. He’s helped me get closer to my goal and I’ve seen an increase in gains while working and learning with him. Thank you for all you’ve done for me!
Brandon is awesome! I started working out this March with another boot camp, and signed up for sessions with Brandon at the same time. He helped me with my form, was patient, and pushed me to my limit. I left my other boot camp and never looked back! Effective, affordable, works with your schedule, and uptown. What more can you ask for?
